East Bentleigh Soccer Club - October 2008
East Bentleigh Soccer Club Under 14 Boys is seeking an enthusiastic Trainer/Technical Specialist for the Team assisting the Coach. The Team finished runner-up in Division B South East and will now progress to Division A in 2009 and the boys are really keen to continue on the successful path they have achieved over the past 3 years. Street Socceroos - Position Description - COACH
We are looking for an enthusiastic Coach to join a vibrant team specialising in delivering a soccer program for the homeless, mentally ill and those at risk. This is a role that allows you to use your skills in communication and relationship building to directly help this important organisation.
Reporting to the State Coordinator, you will be responsible for coaching the team of Street Socceroos on a weekly basis.
Demonstrated experience in a sports management or community role would be highly regarded but not essential. We are looking for someone with a maturity in their attitude, confidence and natural communication skills to work easily with our clients, other staff members and volunteers.
The successful applicant will require their own drivers license and car.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a highly encouraging attitude and be willing to co-ordinate and work together with the women's senior coach at the club, who is responsible for coaching the Women's State League 2 SE team.

Most of the girls have been together for 4 years and have received quality coaching over the last 24 months. A couple played State representation level in 2008.
