Our mission is to establish quality opportunities that encourage uptake and continual participation in all aspects of football, including playing, coaching, refereeing, and administrating.

Our vision is that the outstanding leadership and support offered to all Victorian football stakeholders by the FFV Development Team will result in the delivery of the best quality football experiences which lead participants to national and international success in the world game.

We aim to educate, support, resource, and service all FFV affiliated football associations and clubs; schools; community service providers; and overall football participants Victoria-wide, with our main focus on encouraging the uptake of the sport, enhancing the participation experiences, and providing a cohesive development pathway from grassroots to elite.
