FFV call for apparel licence applications

Applications for licensees close Wednesday 18 July.

Football Federation Victoria (FFV) currently operates a licensed teamwear arrangement (‘Licensing Program’) in respect of clubs authorised to play in nominated FFV competitions and the Melbourne Futsal League. 

Under the Licensing Program, approved parties are licensed to apply relevant FFV intellectual property to specified on-field apparel worn by registered players. 

The Licensing Program has been granted statutory protection by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (‘ACCC’) under a relevant notification.  

FFV seeks to appoint/renew apparel licensees for the 2013 season and onward. We currently have 2 licenses for application.

Interested parties will need to complete the license application document, this document :

•    encompasses the Submission requirements as identified by FFV; and
•    enables FFV to assess whether the applicant is compliant with the Licensing Program requirements.
