Jessica Humble brought in as injury replacement

Box Hill United defender brought into Melbourne Victory squad to replace Louisa Bisby.

Former player Jessica Humble has returned to Melbourne Victory Women?s squad as an injury replacement for Louisa Bisby who is out for the season.

Winning the treble in the Women?s Premier League this season with Box Hill United Pythagoras, the experienced defender played a single match for Melbourne Victory, a 2-1 win over Newcastle Jets in the 2009/10 season.

Having impressed Head Coach Mike Mulvey in training to earn a contract, the 26 year old is available for selection this weekend and will add to the team?s defensive cover.

Melbourne Victory takes on Canberra United this Saturday at Wembley Park in Box Hill with kick-off at 3pm. With the A-League team playing at Etihad Stadium at 7:45pm there is enough time between matches to make it to both games.
