2008 FITNESS TEST INFORMATION

Premier League - (Inclusion subject to FITNESS TEST)

PREMIER LEAGUE FIFA FITNESS TEST is as per Page 88 & 89 Laws of the Game

Individual invitations to potential panel members will be sent.

Senior Panels & Regional Panels - (Inclusion subject to FITNESS TEST)                                            

FITNESS TEST - 15 LAPS => Each Lap 400 metres => 125m JOG, 50m WALK, 125m JOG, 10m SIDE STEP, 40m SPRINT, 50m WALK. 15 laps to be completed in 35 minutes (6 kilometres @ 10.3 Km/Hr)

Sunday League Juniors/Women's/Thirds/Vets: 2 sessions per month
