Six Victorians Selected For Junior Matildas

Next Generation Of Matildas Being Identified

Six Victorian players have been invited to attend Junior Matildas camps taking place in Sydney this and next week.

Coached by Rae Dower, the Junior Matildas are preparing for the AFC U-16 Women's Championships in Thailand in September. The tournament doubles as FIFA U17 World Cup qualifying.

Victoria's players invited to attend camp one were Lia Muldeary, Kelly Lam and Leia Varley (FFV NTC) and Maja Markovski (Heidelberg United). All four represented Victoria at the recent NTC Challenge in Canberra.
