Provide leadership and influence that strengthens Victorian football across the state
By 2011 we will have:
- Repositioned the FFV as a professionally governed and managed high performance sport business (Top 3) serving the
football and broader Victorian community - Strong partnerships creating mutual value with the FFA, Melbourne Victory, Government (Local, State Federal) Corporate,
Media, Schools and Charitable Organisations. - Facilitated the building of better and healthier Victorian communities through football
- A workplace employees are proud of which attracts and develops talented people

2008 PRIORITIES: LEADERSHIP
In 2008 we will:
- Strengthen and formalise strategic partnerships
- Complete and resource a government relations strategy
- Complete a charter agreement between FFV and Melbourne Victory
- Independently assess the performance and skill sets of the FFV Board
- Appoint two appropriately qualified directors to address skill gaps
- Develop the appropriate organisational structure and team of people to execute the strategy
- Develop and implement a robust and highly accountable Performance Management System
(Board, Management, Zone and Standing Committee representatives will be accountable)
- Including implementation of the Board Charter
