Victoria On Show At NTC Challenge

FFV NTC Team Competitive In Final Group

Victoria has fallen just short of an unbeaten tournament at the NTC Challenge at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.

The team, coached by Stefan Busso, lost 1-0 to overall champion NSW on Thursday July 27 before finishing with a 2-0 win against Queensland.

Mixed All-Star teams across all Member Federations will be picked on Thursday night to compete on Friday.

Junior Matildas coach Rae Dower and Young Matildas assistant coach Leah Blayney are assessing players at the tournament for potential national selection at their respective AFC age-restricted Women's Asian Cups later this year.
